Syracuse (19-6, 8-4 Atlantic Coast) dropped two spots to No. 18 in the Associated Press women’s college basketball poll.

The Orange went 1-1 in their games this week. In its first contest, SU dropped a close matchup at home to then-No. 12 North Carolina State, 77-73. The Orange were shredded from the outside by Kiara Leslie, who scored 30 points. Sunday, SU bounced back with a 20-point Senior Day win over Wake Forest, despite struggles throughout the game on the interior.

Syracuse plays this Thursday against Pittsburgh, the final game before perhaps its biggest test of the season — Monday against No. 6 Notre Dame.
