In No. 5 Syracuse’s first matchup against a ranked opponent this season, the Orange scored seven goals in the second half to defeat No. 9 Army, 9-7. Jamie Trimboli scored a career-high five goals, Drake Porter a career-high 18 saves and Jacob Phaup won a career-high 16-of-19 face-offs to lead the Orange. It’s the first time SU has started a season 3-0 since 2016.
